HRS don't go there! I recently dealt with Debbie (owner) of hrs. I had gone to her years ago, but felt she had been dishonest with me and found someone else. I only went back because the individual I had been dealing with passed away. She ordered a unit $500 cash upfront, but unfortunately it was too dark, too thick and would not look natural. She agreed to change for a lighter color and 20% thinner. I called the manufacturers myself, and found they would charge $100 more for the thinner unit because it was "custom". I also learned if the unit was not touched they would give a refund. However, Debbie wanted to charge an additional $200 for the trouble, so I asked for a refund. She said they don't give refunds. She was told they did and offered to call on her behalf. "well I don't give refunds!" Units are marked up incredibly high, and she didnot want to lose the profit. Realizing I had talked to the manufacturers, she said "We're done!" You bought the unit and I am not dealing with you anymore. The unit had not been touched in any way, and she even refused to cut it in. A service which normally costs $100 by itself. I am basically out $500 for a unit that I cannot use.
