I made 2 attempts to get service via "Walk-in" and each time all of the stylists working said they already had clients & could not take me. Listen up JCP, why don't you just put a sign out that says "Walk-Ins Are Not Welcome". For if they were, you would have a sign in sheet like Smartstyle (down the road at walmart), and all customers would be greeted & told an estimate time frame on when they can receive service...let them make the choice to wait or not...Customer No Service Defined.

Good prices, lot's of different choices on styles which is very nice. HUGE curtain dept. so you can see how the curtains will look on a window before you purchase.
