Buffalo Wild Wings

I recently received coupons to local businesses for a prepaid subscription to the Richmond Times. Buffalo Wild Wings was one of these businesses. The coupon was buy a sandwich get one free. Upon tring to use it the first time it was refused because I ordered a wrap & that is not a sandwich. Okay! Today we ordered sandwiches & presented the coupon upon payment. The waitress returned & told us they are not corporate owned & did not accept coupons! It is not printed on the coupon that there are restricted resturants nor is it posted in the establishment that they do not accept Buffalo Wild Wing coupons. This was my second time eating there...and did I mention it was also my last!!!

Terrible and typical for the chain. I sat down in an empty restaurant for 15 minutes and never was approached for service. The waitresses spent their time talking to the bartender.



I left without ordering but stopped to tell management. I also got the same untrained wait staff service in the Va Center Commons store. There we sat for 20 minutes after we were done. Waitresses would not even stop when flagged. I had to get up and almost tackle the manager.



I would say that the prices are terrible (judge for yourself based on quality to price) but I rarely pay since the managers pay for my food because of the lousy service. Be sure to complain to get a better deal here. Unfortunately, you will still have to pay for the overpriced beer.
