The initial store experience was great. My sales rep was Jammie and she worked well with me in helping pick out furniture. The delivery experience was a nightmare. I will never shop with them again as long as Benjamin is delivering for them. He is very unprofessional. He started a confrontation with me in front of my 5 year old because of a mistake that was made with my order at the store.
