        We have had nothing less than exceptional services from everyone we have encountered at Drucks - If I could give them 10 stars I would.

        We moved into a new home where the seller tried to scam us out of a new air conditioning unit that was damaged prior to closing. He wanted to put a band-aid on it, we requested a new unit. The new unit cost was less than the band-aid, but he insisted on replacement parts for an air conditioner that was 30 years old and did NOT have comparable replacement parts available. It was a home buyers nightmare - until Drucks stepped up and did the right thing by replacing the damaged unit with new. The team manager personally drove to our home to discuss the issue and tell us what their plan was, which in this day is unheard of, in my opinion. Every single employee we've worked with has been the definition of courteous, professional, and honest. They've been prompt in responses to questions, in scheduling work and have some of the best people working for them.

        Since moving in we decided we needed a whole house air purifier and some minor electrical work done - all work was scheduled quickly, employees were professional and friendly, and we paid just as much as we would have anywhere else for PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. If you want a deal, ask the guy your friend knows who may do the work for less money, but they probably are cutting corners that could cost you more in the end. I have had a LOT of professional plumbing, electrical and HVAC services done on my homes over the years and Drucks prices, record keeping, and practices are what you should expect out of a professional. These are professionals in a very specialist industry who deserve respect for their expertise.

        I recommend Drucks to anyone and everyone that asks for plumbing, electrical or HVAC services. They have gained us as a customer for life!
