        my wife went there to activate...

        went there to activate a phone. they purposely did NOT inform that this could be done by calling the customer service 24/7. instead they charged 15$ for simply scanning the bar code on her phone. spoke with the store manager and she refused to refund the money.

        They have everything u need for your phone, customer service is the best I've ever seen in any MetroPCS, best thing is they know what their doing experts on phones and have the answer to all your questions, i always leave happy with thier service thank you guys!!!!! Best MetroPCS
