I hired this company for the mold removal in my rental and I couldn't be happier with the service! They were very calm about the situation, they didn't try to use scare tactics like other companies I've used in the past, they made the renters feel comfortable and confident in them to get the mold gone and the home in safe working order again, I'm just truly pleased with everything! I called this company for disaster cleanup and I was not disappointed, they came out at 1 in the morning with 2 guys and were really professional! It was incredible to seem them removing all of the water and then shortly after that they pulled up the carpet and setup equipment to start drying, its been only a few short weeks and my home is already back in business! I will be referring you guys as much as I can!

After a lot of turmoil and a denied claim by my new homeowners insurance, Dry Pros came through for us when no one else would. They completed the work in a timely manner so that we could get back into our home. They even handled hiring a sub contractor to get our bathroom back to the way it should be, and it looks better than it did before we bought the house. Their tech Shane kept in constant contact, and kept my mind at ease. He was very knowledgeable about the aspects of his job as well as handling the insurance and even tried to get my claim denial reversed for me. I would absolutely chose this company again and will recommend to friends, family and anyone who will listen!
