Merrillville High School is located in Merrillville, Ind., and serves students in grades nine through 12. The school s curriculum includes art, business, English, family and consumer sciences, industrial arts and technology, math, music, physical education and health, science, social studies, special education and world languages. Its media center provides resources and all grades books. The guidance programs aim to develop the emotional, social, physical, vocational and academic skill of the students. It provides various of programs and opportunities for education and career development. Its counseling services include career counseling, scholarships, awards, summer programs, standardized testing and college admission testing. It additionally provides personal counseling, crisis intervention and referral to community resources. Its sports programs include football, soccer and golf.
