In addition to our In-Stock merchandise, we have a very knowledgeable staff available to assist you with FREE water testing and answer all of your questions about pool care & maintenance, chemicals, pumps, motors, swimming pool filters, cleaners & pool sweeps, nets & brushes, parts & accessories, toys & floats. Whether you own a full size swimming pool, water garden or small Koi pond, we provide the knowledge, products and services to keep it in shape. Our field service fleet provides ON-SITE REPAIRS by licensed technicians at your location in the Dallas Texas metroplex & surrounding areas. Our service department provides IN-SHOP REPAIRS at our store located in Mesquite Texas. We have knowledgeable technicians that will test and repair malfunctioning swimming pool pumps, motors, heaters, pool cleaners, etc. Dickson Brothers provides service to existing water wells by licensed technicians #AC-402, #AI-233591, #WW-54492KP. We do not drill water wells. We will PULL, REPAIR and/or REPLACE your non-functioning water well equipment. PLUG an EXISTING water well that is no longer in use. PROVIDE & ASSIST our customers with all state required paperwork and documentation. If your swimming pool motor, pump or heater is broken, bring the malfunctioning equipment to us in Mesquite TX and we will fix it for you. If you're an avid do-it-yourself or experienced pool professional, come to us for quality parts, chemicals and maintenance equipment.         We moved here a couple of months ago and we bought a house with a pool. We were so excited and loved it that a pool supply company was right down the road from us. We had a green pool and what took 2 weeks and $$$ at Dickson Pools, took another company that had superb customer service and lower prices took 2 days and less $. I asked Dickson brothers employees how long it would take to check the pressure in our hose and they said 1 or 2 days. Another Pool Company checked it on the spot and told me they had a lot of Dickson customers come to them complaining of the poor customer service and gouging prices. Will NOT return to Dickson Bros.

        You have got to see all the products Dickson Brothers has to offer. I'm getting excited about gearing up for Spring and getting my pool and pond in shape. They sent a knowledgable technician named Brian out to test my pool equipment. He thoroughly examined and explained the condition of my equipment, what needed work now, and what would require attention in the future.



        I am very impressed with Dickson Brothers product lines and the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are my number 1 choice for products and service on water features.

        I heard about Dickson Brothers...

        I heard about Dickson Brothers on the Neil Sperry radio show and decided to make the drive to see them. WOW!!! I am so glad I did. They have everything, and I mean everything for a pond. Plus some.



        An employee named Steve helped me. He asked questions about my pond, what problems I was having. (I was doing a lot of things wrong and had some fish die on me) He told me not to buy some of the products I'd gathered, saying that they wouldn't solve my problem. He sold me a pond filter and UV customized to my pond. I took it home and installed it per Steve's instructions. Now I have clear water and have not lost any more fish. I will go back and buy koi fish and some water lilies. Their pond plants are beautiful!



        Bottom line, you can trust what the people at Dickson Brothers tell you, they won't sell you what you don't need, and they have very good prices. I am well satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. Their phone number is 972-288-7537, not the other number you find on the internet. Oh, they also have swimming pool supplies. I told my neighbor to go there for his pool. They have earned all five stars!
