I can remember coming here with my parents when I was a kid and now I bring my kids. Super helpful when trying to stay within a budget. Give you lots of options to work with. Never a disappointment.

Where do I even begin? I ordered a sweatshirt for my son. They told me it would be ready at the end of December. I went up there on January 2nd and the store was closed that afternoon. No biggie. I went back the following day, which was Tuesday. After the lady searched for 15 minutes, I was told to come back Thursday. Again, no biggie. I understand that things happen. I went back Thursday and was told it would be there there on Friday. I gave them a couple of extra days because I didn't want to show up and it not be there. I went the following Monday to pick it up and the letters on the back of the sweatshirt had black ink all over them. The guy at the counter told me to take it home and wash it and that it should come off. I go home, wash it, and guess what? The ink didn't come off. My husband took it back up there. He was told to come back the following Monday and they would have a new one ready for them. He went back today, Tuesday, (once again, to give them extra time) and the sweatshirt was still not ready. They hadn't even sent the order off yet. They said it would be ready tomorrow. So, we will see if they are true to their word this time. I understand things happen but this is a bit ridiculous. Very unprofessional.

I experienced the most hateful girls in the back I do not recommend this location at all. Mesquite schools need to give parents a option in buying uniforms other than this location, instead of requiring us to pay for services whon staff is so hateful.

Horrible experience!! We went in on a Saturday to place an order for four simple shirts to be made. We stood in line for 30 minutes listening to the guy making the shirts complain that it wasn't his job and that the person whose job it was had called in four days in a row. Then he laughed and said they were fired and didn't know it yet. When we asked about placing an order he said he was surrounded by idiots and complained that nobody else could take the order. He then told us it would take nearly a week to put the simple names and numbers on the shirts. When I went to pick them up (a day after they should have been ready) he was there again and told me the shirts hadn't been done because their machine had broken and he had no idea when they could be done. I pointed to my phone number on the order and asked why I hadn't been called, and he said they were busy. Not sure how, if they weren't even doing what I paid for. I ended up getting a refund and will never go back there. Very rude, childish, and unprofessional.

I love this store!!! Best people in town. You know you have found a good place to shop when you drive an hour to get there! Give them a try :)
