This store has, by far, the rudest, most pretentious staff members i have ever encountered. They will not even look your direction unless you fit their personal expectations of what a comic book customer should be. ESPECIALLY the pony tailed employee Aaron. He has never glaced at me or my wife with anything but disgust in his eyes. Whenever I have tried to ask a simple question about a product he totally ignores me and I'm always forced to seek out a different employee. He is the most hateful staff member I have ever encountered.The owner of this store seriously needs to reconsider having Aaron work there. He makes my family feel totally unwelcome. I will no longer do business with Urban Legends Comics as long as mr ponytail works there.
