Beverly Med Nugent LPC LMFT

I began seeing Beverly Nugent while in college after being prodded by my mother to talk to a "career counselor." Little did I know she wasn't just a career counselor, and my mother had sensed my depression which I attributed to just being in a funk. At this point my funk had led me to drop our of college, start working as a bartender, and I might as well have lived in bars.After the first visit with Beverly I had realized that she wasn't a career counselor, but I left feeling better than I had in a very long time, so I looked forward to coming back the next week. I saw her weekly for about 2 months, and then every other week for another couple of months. Within 3 months of visiting Beverly for the 1st time, I had re-enrolled in school and for the first time in years had motivation and drive.I have no idea what she said or did, but I am certain that the changes in my life were the result of what went on in her office. She will always hold a special place in my heart.
