CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical teams, firemen, military special operations units, champion martial artists and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. However, it is designed for universal adaptability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of age, gender or ability.As a CrossFit affiliate, we abide by its methods, principles and concepts via constantly varied, functional movements and performing them at high intensity. We utilize proven training methods which are measurable, observable and repeatable by recording data and improving overall fitness & wellness.Our athletes consist of normal, everyday people from all walks of life. Our goal and priority every training session is to improve in every facet of fitness. We prepare our athletes for anything and everything. Our general physical preparation does not specialize in one aspect of fitness, HOWEVER, we do specialize in improving our goals and performance regardless of our respective specialties.If you have what it takes to come in to see what it's about then that alone is half the battle. Over the past 10+ years I have been able to experience many different teaching, coaching and training philosophies from others. During my training I have been given the knowledge needed to create my own concepts and ideas of what I believe fitness should be. I used to ask myself if actual fitness was being able to lift more than my body weight or run faster? Should I be able to jump higher or have more endurance? I would come to realize what true fitness really was until I began CrossFit. I would soon realize that all the goals I strived for were incorporated in one fitness program (CrossFit). I was fortunate enough to have my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym inside a CrossFit Affiliate and take daily classes. I experienced results immediately. I was weighing less yet I was stronger than ever. I had endless amounts of endurance and energy so much so that I would even be able to do 3 workouts back to back because I just could not get enough. Since realizing the benefits of CrossFit and how it has changed my entire view on physical health and fitness I decided to open my own CrossFit Affiliate and share my knowledge, training, & coaching with the others. My goal is to make you feel better and improve your standard of living when you walk through our doors.

We run, jump, climb, push, pull, lift, press, squat, carry, throw, and catch. We do so utilizing OUR ENTIRE BODY; not isolating a certain muscle group. Every workout involves compound, multi-joint exercises. From the explosive strength and power benefits of Olympic and Powerlifting to the balance/coordination/agility of rudimentary gymnastics, Crank CrossFit incorporates only the methods, principles and concepts of what works.Our programming requires minimum to no equipment but does require quality professional expertise on the part of our coaches. A gym where your fitness level is truely evaluated and your exercises are modified accordingly. A great place to really get co...

A great place to really get completely physically fit in a safe manner by very professional and knowledgable trainers who genuinly have your goals and best interset at heart. Very family oriented. You feel very welcomed and everyone really cares for each other and tries to encourage and help you get as fit as possible. The programming is unbeileivably challanging however it is scaled down to everyones individual fitness level. The gym is super cool and so are the members and trainer / owner Miles. They even make fresh cuban coffe for you! I know that if you experience it you will join just as I did. I am very happy with everything.
