Dr. Rommel R Morales, MD

The Dr was great until the ladies he had in the office left. It was very organized and timely. After that he had a young girl who had no idea what she was doing poor thing, and then like 2 weeks later he was alone, about a month later he closed his practice. Phone is disconnected and no way to get in touch with him. My son is scheduled for a surgery and needed medical clearance and his records are no where to be found because the Dr is MIA (missing in action). I do not understand how he can leave his practice for whatever the reason may be and not contact the patients and give them the opportunity to pick up their medical charts. This is totally unethical from a moral and clinical standpoint. I had been with him for 21 years so i noticed his downfall.

There is nothing else that could describe him or his staff for that matter!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr.Morales and his staff since I took my daughter in for the first time 3 years ago. They are great at accommodating you with appoitments and will see a sick child on the same day. Very little wait and the staff is great with kids. My daughter loves Dr.Morales and I have recommened many of my friends and they are all equally happy with him!!!

My son has been a patient of Dr. Morales since birth and I wouldn't change him or his staff for anything in the world! The office is very clean, child friendly, and the staff is very organized. They are great with seeing sick patients on the same day and usually with little more than a 15 min. wait. Dr. Morales is great with my son and is very good at explaining any antibiotic treatment being given and answers all of my questions. His diagnosis is always on point and has even diagnosed my son with an infection that his specialist even missed!! The staff is very helpfull, friendly, and great with children!!!

I've been going to this office for 5 years now. Both my children have several issues including bronchitis and ear infections (including tubes in the ears) and he has been on point with diagnosis as well as referring me to wonderful specialists for both issues. If your child is sick he will see you right away. I've called him from downstairs and they tell me to come right up. The office is extremely clean and organized. And most importantly both my children love him. I would recommend this office to everyone.

i took my 1 year old daughter to his office for a cold and he said that she was perfectly normal after checking her. As a mothers instinct i went for a second opinion the next day to another pediatrician and my daughter had a bad ear infection and a respiratory infection. Of course i will never go to him again neither recommend him.
