I just used this company to complete the stucco on a new home I am building and I am satisfied with the results. Jorge ( the owner) did everything exactly how I asked and the quality of the work was good. My only complaint was the amount of time it took to complete the scratch coat since he only sent 1 worker to do it. However, once the scratch coat was completed, he finished the 5000+ sqft home in a little over a week to my satisfaction. I must admit, that I read the negative review below AFTER I had hired him and naturally, I became very concerned. So to make sure I didn't have any issues, I kept a close eye on his workers and monitored the job as much as I could instead of leaving them alone. Overall, I'm quite happy with the results and I would not hesitate to use him again.

We hired Fernandez Finishing Services in August 2015; Mr. Fernandez on the surface looks very professional but be AWARE this company hires sub contractors who will destroy your home; specifically with our home they were hired to do the stucco on the outside and they ruined our brand new A/C unit by not covering it and allowing all the concreate to fall inside the unit; also they ruined my $2,000 varanda by placing their ladders and not covering it; they scratched the varanda and broke a piece from it; they broke also a roof tile and pour all the left over concreate on the grass by my trees damaging the area; to make matters worse they stoled a bottle of vodka and during lunch all the employees were drinking alcohol; We are filing a complaint against him and his company in Miami Dade County; DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
