        I have used this UPS store 3 times in the last month and the service has been great. Packages arrived as promised and were handled with care. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. Will definitely use again.

        Overall

        Horrible management. There was only one person working and 10 people in line. Then we were told to wait for another associate to help us because the one that was handling customers at the moment had to take her break. Last time I ever come here.
