We sold our home through Mentor Listing Realty when the market was the slowest. Realtors that I spoke to tried to talk me out of using this service, and I was glad I didn't listen. We saved over $9,000 in commission. We paid the small fees up front, our listing went right on the MLS and we got just as many showings as other people we knew who had their homes listed. Brian made the negotiations easy and helped with the closing. I would definitely recommend this service.
