        Smitty has RETIRED.
        Smitty's Kennels now only boards for Rescue Groups.
        Thank you to all our loyal customers over the decades.
        We are still available as an expert witness on dog bite or dog behavior law issues and as a consultant on dog behavior and kennel management.

        WASNT TOLD I WOULD BE CHARGED $40 INSTEAD OF THE DAILY RATE OF $24 BECAUSE IT WAS A 1 DAY STAY. THESE OWNERS ARE OBNOXIOUS NON CARING AND STRICTLY BUSINESS! MY DOG WAS ALSO GROOMED AND HAD ABRASSIONS ON HIS HIND LEGS FROM SHAVER. HE ATE WHEN I TOOK HIM HOME AT 6PM AS IF HE HAD NOT BEEN FED. I WAS TOKD HE WAS WHEN I ASKED. THEY KEEP ANY FOOD YOU BRING. PROBABLY USE IT TO FEED OTHER BOARDERS. RIP ME OFF ONCE! NEVER AGAIN!

        This customer, Georgiana Biseglio has boarded two generations of her dogs at our kennel for over 16 years! She knows the rules, charges and procedures. Our MINIMUM charge is clearly stated on our website and on the wall in the waiting room, and was clearly written on the receipt given this customer upon drop off (the pink copy). Keep in mind that we are talking about $j16 dollars here, really, after 16 years? Many dogs don't eat in the kennel and wait until they get home. Our policy clearly states we don't return uneaten food. I would hope this customer KNOWS THE RULES after 16 years. She has complained about many things over the years, her record is full of complaints and arguments.
