American Tree Surgeons are the best to provide tree care for your home. They try to explain every detail of the work to be done. They even use terms like "Dirt ray vision" this means we can't see under ground" But if a water line is broken we will try to fix it. What they do is try to explain every detail in the process of removal. After the explanation stand back and watch, you'll be amazed at the hard work. When the job is done you can't tell there was ever a tree there. The clean up is the best.

I have used this company twice. I used them in 2006 and was very pleased with their service. However, this year, they broke an irrigation pipe while removing trees and shrubs. I noticed it after the fact so I called the owner of American Tree Surgeon, whom I entered this contract with. He said that it is stated in their invoice that they are not responsible for repairs for utilities if they are damaged. I reminded him that before they started the work I specifically warned him of the irrigation pipes and that he had assured me "do not worry, I'm going to work like it is my own yard." He then said that he will come by and fix it as they always have tools in their trucks to do minor repairs. He never came. So I called him several times. Finally, I talked to him today and he said that it is my responsibility to have it fix and not his. His demeanor on the phone was so different. He said that he never promised that he will come to fix it. The cost of that work was $4200 and yet he is not willing to fix the broken pipe. What a way to lose a customer and future business!
