Had an appointment at 9:30 am for a simple lube, oil, and filter. I arrived on time. By 10:15 am, they had not even touched my car and they no intention of getting to it. They knew I was waiting. They didn't care. Then, yes didn't want to give me keys back so I could leave. They treat customers like dirt. I am never going there again. In the past, any time they fixed something, I had to go back and have them fix it correctly. If I could, I would rate them with negative stars.
Best place to get a car, everyone's respectful and you can get approved for any car with in a few minutes. If they don't have the car that meets your standards they'll get one for you
The sales rep Chris was wonderful. He was professional and very helpful.
We arrived late to look at a car and the dealership was closing and Scott stayed and let us test drive a van. Very happy with his customer service skills.
We stopped by Foster Motors on Saturday to do some research on a lease. We were instantly impressed with how friendly ALL the staff were and Tina was knowledgeable and gave us great suggestions on what to look into. We definitely plan on going back to Foster Motors when we are ready to make a deal. They have an amazing family atmosphere and you can tell they will do anything to make their customers happy. Five stars!
This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership. The first was in November of 2002. I bought a New Dodge Dakota 4x4, the salesman was very nice, friendly and helpful. Now in october of 2005 I traded that Dakota for a 2005 Ram 1500 with a HEMI. Even though I had a different salesman he was just as helpful, professional, and nice. I would highly recommend this dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase my third or even fourth vehicle from them. Maybe a Dodge Ram SRT10.
