FAMILY LAW & CIVIL PRACTICE ATTORNEY I've practiced law since 1985, both as owner/operator of my own offices & as an associate and/or managing attorney in several law firms. I've lived in the Miami Valley my entire life. I was born in Union City, Indiana. I received my undergraduate degree at Morehead State University in Kentucky and my law degree at the University of Dayton. My favorite recreation is motorcycle touring. I also love to read and study history. Bible study is a favorite of mine. You don't want to get me started or I'll talk your head off. I have worked with special needs children for 27 years within the legal setting, in juvenile and domestic relations courts involving child custody disputes. I like people and know and understand their problems, as you can tell from the areas in which I practice.

ESTATE PLANNING FOR THE MODEST ESTATE: The simplest & most popular estate plan is a "Will Package," which includes: Wills, Durable powers of attorney, Health care powers of attorney & living wills, Declaration of the assignment of disposition of the bodily remains, & One transfer on death affidavit if needed. These documents may also be purchased individually.
