Alterations by Laura Lynn Inc

I love Laura Lynn's and highly disagree with the negative comments. I've taken multiple clothing items to her (probably over two dozen now--hey I'm short and petite, clothes don't fit me right!)



The first reason Laura Lynn's rocks is because she doesn't judge how you want something hemmed. I've been to so many alteration businesses where they ask me "you don't really have to have it that short/tight/etc". She on the other hand LISTENS to what you want and THEN has her input.



I also believe she has a very good understanding of body types and what looks good.

Great work. Need to change hours on internet. Drove over Monday to be therw when opening and closed. Internet said Open Now. 9am

I took a dress that needed a 'shoulders up.' I couldn't do the repair myself as I was unable to delve the sleeve, do the repair and replace the sleeve. They ruined my dress by putting a seam right down the middle of the sleeve. When confronted, Laura said that to fix it the right way would cost "close to forty dollars." I thought I was the customer? Don't I get to decide how much I'm willing to pay? She went the cheap route, ruined my dress and would not give me a refund.

I bought this dress online and I needed it to be brought in. I went to the store and they had wonderful, relaxing music playing and a great display of their clothing they sell as well. The woman that helped me worked with me to find the easiest and cheapest way to make the dress my size. In the end I got the dress back and it was my PERFECT size and for a very affordable price!

Worst experience ever. They screwwed up the alterations on my dress 3 days before graduation and I had to come back the next day. They refused to give me any money off for my inconvenience. Way over priced and RUDE service!
