The customer service was ridiculous. I sent them a pdf of a photoshop file I made, and asked them to alter it to fit 4 colors instead of 5. It was changing the color of only one small, easily isolated piece. They sent me back a piece that was sloppily altered. When I said the edited version was unacceptable, they asked me to send them 4 different pictures of each color layer separated and changed to black all in scale. Not only that, but my order will be a week late. The whole purpose of buying local is that I shouldn't have to do that myself; I'm paying for their service and expertise. This business has neither.
