Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I've used this location at least weekly-sometimes twice a week-for last six months. This is a fantastic team to work with. They always go above and beyond to provide a great experience!

DaLonta and the team at this location is amazing. They greet you from the door by name (Mr or Ms). The accommodations given is amazing. I refuse to do service with any other location because they make you feel welcomed and that your needs are their first priority. Thanks a lot team. I truly appreciate you,

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! I rented a Dodge Journey to drive for a trip of 1600 miles. At 400 miles, my 4 companions found out that NONE of the OUTLETS for our electronic devices were WORKING. There is No Manuel in the glove compartment to search for answers to our problem. Called this Enterprise and they COULDN'T help. Called NATIONAL ENTERPRISE 800 # and they DIDN'T know what was wrong. Finally was told that I could exchange cars but that wasn't an option for us on this long trip because of the time that it would have taken. THE BEST PART OF THE WHOLE ORDEAL WAS THE MANAGER'S ANSWER TO ME ABOUT THIS PROBLEM...LAUGHING HE SAYS "I'M SURE IT IS JUST A 50 CENT FUSE THAT WE CAN REPLACE"!!!! REALLY?? I had no GPS after the batteries ran out on all our devices & driving 1600 miles...HE THINKS THIS IS FUNNY!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS!!
