Mini Me Self Storage

Would give them zero stars, but it wasn't an option. Would not recommend this storage facility. Gave them a 30 day notice when I was leaving and then charged me for another month. I called and she was VERY rude and wouldn't refund the money. Stated she couldn't remember these things and admitted she doesn't keep accurate records on these matters, and since she didn't rent the unit out she wouldn't refund the money. I spoke with her directly on the phone and told her 30 days in advance when we would be leaving, and she mentioned that was okay, and never mentioned I had to give her multiple notifications, and since she doesn't take proper records she makes the customer suffer. She also wouldn't give me the supposed "free" first month rent. This storage unit gets broken into all the time. My brother's unit got broken into and majority of his storage was stollen. She would not review the security cameras because she was on vacation, and wouldn't review the cameras for an entire month since she was gone on vacation. They do not keep track of their records, and has charged my brother twice in one month several times. They never returned my mothers, my brothers security deposits, and I'm still waiting on my own. There was no reason for her not to refund these security deposits. Would highly recommend going to the Sunman Self Storage facility!!
