        Recently purchased a car from here, although I live in Chicago now. I could not be happier with my ford escape and the great service I received from my salesman, Kurt Ruffing. He really listened to my needs and followed up with me to see how I was making out with the car. The general manager at the store was also very helpful and overall, I was very pleased with the service and hospitality. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to buy or lease!

        Hertrich Ford - very bad deal ...

        Hertrich Ford - very bad deal - crooks. Big problem with purchase and never called back to make good on the deal. Got a lawyer involved.
