Had a complete wheel alighnment on 2006 PT Crusier. Very accomodating with scheduling the appointment.
Informative of their process; If they discover a mechanical problem and you wish them not to fix it, they only charge ($45) half price for an inspection. Which is fair. Mechnic inquired how my previous tires were wearing as I was in there with new tires, which speaks to their service integrity. Quality job well done for$89.99 and the car drives like it's brand new. Refreshing to have individuals working hard for an honest living. We need more of this in our society today.

We took our Jeep to Muffler Mart for a new muffler and tailpipe. The quality of the work was excellent and the mechanics were knowledgeable and professional as well as kind and friendly. The owner, Judy, was very pleasant and made us comfortable while waiting. The job was carried out in a very timely manner and the charges were more than fair--actually surprisingly reasonable. Because of the quality service, we plan to have Muffler Mart do all of our maintenance and repairs from now on.

Worst experience I've ever had, the staff members are complete idiots, They messed the exhaust up twice, They fixed it once and it is still wrong. I will never take any vehicle back there again. It was a simple 2 into 1 exhaust and they couldn't get that threw there heads. The exhaust that I wanted installed was explained 3 times to 2 people (the mechanic that was installing it and the women at the counter). Also the last bend on the tail pipe and the last exhaust hanger on the pipe is so far back that it wont allow me to install my exhaust tip (which was shown to them when I was explaining how the exhaust should be ran). The exhaust hangs lower than where the stock exhaust comes out so now I will have to have all of the exhaust hangers cut shorter and welded back on to raise all of the exhaust pipe up higher. Half of the welds have already broke on all of the hangers so they rattle from hitting the pipe while the truck is running. I was also charged a extra 50 dollars when I took the truck back for there mistakes to fix it. I would not recommend this shop to anybody until the figure out how to do what a customer explains. They wouldn't even be getting a star from me but I can not post my review unless it at least has one star.

I have been coming here for years! Judy always gets me in even if I do not have an appointment. They have done transmission work and brakes on my car. They are cheaper than all the shops in town and do quality work. Mechanic is very knowledgeable and honest. They always tell me ahead of time what needs to be done for preventative maintenance so I will not have a huge repair bill down the line. I recommend them to everyone!
