In order to prevent others from having a terrible experience, I would like to voice my experience. I had a young girl pierce my second holes of my ears extremely unevenly and when I complained they would not refund me, nor offer to redo them for free. They instead said that I needed to repay or go somewhere else. My disappointment in a business and the owner was so large, I would hate for anyone to have an awful experience like I did. Then my roommate got her cartilage on her ear done there the same day my ears were pierced unevenly and they said that she could keep the other earring (since they come in packs of two) and could pay the 40 dollars for the earrings and come back later to get her cartilage done on her other ear with the other earring with no extra cost. Today they told her that she would have to repay the 40 dollars if she wanted her cartilage done after previously leading her on to the fact she would not have to pay again. I recommend not wasting your time/money here.
