Auto Center Specialist

I was in town for two months while taking care of my mom and I needed a LOT of work done on my 2005 VW Golf TDI (almost 150,00 miles). I obtained quotes from two dealers in the area here as well as two from back home in Pennsylvania and the Auto Center was a good bit less. On the first visit, I had a timing belt and water pump replaced. For the second round, I had my clutch, slave cylinder, fly wheel and starter replaced. I was initially hesitant to have the work done since I live in Pennsylvania and am only down here about twice a year. Well, the folks at the Auto Center did a GREAT job on everything.
When I picked up my car after having the clutch/transmission work done, the radio had croaked. VW's are known for having electrical issues (this car had its fare share while under warranty) and I didn't think that this was due to any fault of the shop but the owner went out of his way to help me to source a replacement OEM radio. I don't think that I would have been able to find the same service at the same price and quality in or around Philadelphia.
Bottom line - they are service oriented, reasonably priced and will make sure that the job is done right the first time!
