Bob Lurie Glass Corp

Called Bob Lurie Glass to complete a glass repair that some vandals broke at our home. They were very helpful and friendly on the phone and got someone out to the house to take a look and measure the needed repair. Kevin was our repairman and he was AWESOME. After the measurements were done, Kevin returned about a week after the new glass was ready and completed the installation and cleaned up the broken glass as well. I would highly recommend Bob Lurie Glass.

Worst customer service ever! Have given my business to this company twice in the past. They don't give an appointment but say they will call you when they are available. I accepted this twice as they said this was our only option as they are too busy. Both times it seemed clear that my schedule wasn't concerning to them. But, ultimately, both times I waited a while but the end result was ok. (Although once they left my finished pieces outside without any notice for us to find).

I recently tried to use them for a third time and was again told they would call me when they were available, but that it would be 3 weeks. I waited 6 weeks, never hearing from them. After 6 weeks I called again. No apologies. I was told they hadn't had any time yet for our service. They said it would be another 3 weeks. I waited 5 more weeks. Did they call? No.

Today I called another company who will be here next week. Do yourself a favor and start by calling the other companies first.

I went to pick up a mirror and arrived at 4:45 pm, which is 15 minutes prior to closing time. The place was closed and no one in sight. There was not even a note on the door. Not a great business practice.
