Our Green Earth solvent is safe for workers and customers. It is non-toxic and is not harmful to the soil. We have no hazardous waste, air pollutants or harmful vapors. Green Earth uses pure liquid silicone which is a safe natural by-product of sand that doesn’t chemically interact with the fabric. Green Earth solvent is safe for all fabrics including beads, sequins and trim. It just carries in the detergent, and carries away the dirt and soil.         I went to redeem my Groupon, a...

        I went to redeem my Groupon, and was told that I had to use the entirety of the Groupon's value ($40) on that same day. I was surprised, and felt like the person working didn't care that I was confused. On the actual details of the Groupon, it says the promotional value has to be used by a certain date... but that the rest of the value of the Groupon can be used later. The deal was $40 worth of dry cleaning for $20. I assumed this meant that you must use $20 by a particular date, and the other amount can be used by a set future date. Why make this distinction (between promotional value and remaining value) if you have to use it all at once? I wasn't prepared to use it all so ended up only using $36 and was told I would lose the remaining value. I think this is kind of cheap trick, especially given the conflicting/ confusing language set forth by the deal and what I was told when I went to use the Groupon. I will not be using Natural Cleaners services again.

        It seems they aren't all that ...

        It seems they aren't all that interested in really making their customers happy. They wouldn't redeem my $40 Groupon just because it wasn't presented at the time of drop-off. The biggest problem I have with the experience is that they just didn't seem to care and weren't willing to negotiate at all. Perhaps my customer service expectations are too high but for $60 in cleaning I expect better. After I get an opportunity to use my Groupon I will definitely never give them my business again.
