        Overall

        He took my deposit on contract signature for a new roof for my house. Ray never showed up to do the work & over 30 days gave me at least 8 new dates to start the work - each date was missed with a new excuse. Requested return of my deposit, response is that he doesn't have it anymore - I'm still assessing my options. Don't use this person.
