Great India

we have been to this place twice and the guy who receives and serves is very rude specially to Indians. The dishes were OKAY in taste n WORST in texture. Watery gravy hard to chew chicken. The ambiance is very poor. But the guy atleast treats Americans better but trust me he is fooling the Americans.

The food and the buffet are wonderful. They ask how spicy you want things and if you say hot, you get HOT! We were given a free appetizer to sample as we perused the menu. It must have been obvious we were newbies!

We have done dinner and the lunch buffet. Their tandoori chicken is divine. My all time favorite is the lamb dumpakht. It's like a Lamb Pot Pie! My bf had the beef vindaloo and was in heaven. We sampled many things on the buffet line...lemon rice was yummy, the aloo Masala - spiced potatoes - were yummy too.

We tell everyone about them. Their prices are reasonable and the food is fantastic!!!

Give them a try! You won't regret it!

This is by far the worst buffet in Minneapolis. I saw some Americans here, I hope they don't make their impression about Indian food going by this restaurant.
half cooked manchurian , cold gulab jamuns, uncooked and cold tandoori chicken to just name a few...
the only good part of this buffet was the good old Indian songs on the TV...helped me make my stay bearable...
