Kozlak-Radulovich Funeral Chapels

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the warm, caring, open, detailed and special atmosphere that you created for our family. It was comforting to know that members of your staff were there, but not front and center. You talked to us but didn't direct us. You allowed us to provide pictures and videos in a very family oriented manner with ample space for all of us to sharge in the memories. Your attention to detail is top notch. I have been to many visitation/funerals and this was the most warm and caring one I have ever attended. Thank you for all you did for our family and frineds. It is obvious that you love what you do, you are great at what you do and you are thoughtful of those going through a difficult time. Thank you for everything that you have done.

Nick--I am writing to thank you for the excellent service you and your staff provided throughout the funeral process. I have noting but positive comments regarding you, your staff and the facilities. I appreciated your sensitivity, sense of humor, and your no-pressure demeanor throughout the planning process. Your staff were courteous and helpful both on the night of the wake, and before, during and after the funeral. Our family received many compliments regarding the funeral. Horrible! Nick Radulvoich is a jerk! My family gets there and the first thing he has us do is sign a form for him to fax to the cemetery that cancels out the contract for the burial vault that my grandma already paid for at the cemetery so HE could get the sale on the vault. This guy is a total scum bag. Furthermore when I asked the people at the cemetery if that's a normal industry occurrence they said no - and that every cemetery in the area has problems with this sleaze ball. Had we agreed we'd have had to pay more out of pocket and even though we would have gotten our money back from the cemetery, we would have had to wait for a standard issue refund etc. Mr. Radulovich is NOT thinking of what's best for his customers in their time of greif and crisis. He's only thinking of himself. Our family will never deal with his funeral home again - and we want everyone to know what a selfish you know what this guy is!
