This is a wonderful business to partner with! We have been a part of a sport team this year that used Bassetti Photo and we were impressed. Ordering is super easy (we prepaid) and the use of online ordering allows you to have options even after you receive your pictures. The backgrounds are also great! Would highly recommend. We had no concerns.

This company has the worst customer service ever. They had the worst pose for a football player and they spelled my sons name wrong on his pictures. Unfortunately, I could not be there when the pictures were being taken or i would have told them to pick another pose. I called them up to see if i can get new pictures taken with another pose and they would much rather lose their money and a potential returning customer by having me send the pictures back and give me a full refund. Rather than just offer to re-take the pictures. I will never refer anyone to this company and I will be sure to let the league know about this horrible company they hired.
