Starbucks Coffee

Never have an issue in this location, they are always fast and friendly.

A co-worker of mine went to get a small order for us at work. She got here and I immediately knew it was wrong. I ordered a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with carmel drizzled on the top. When she got here, I knew it was wrong once as I saw the color, but I was thinking they mixed carmel in it instead of on it. But once as I tasted the coffee in it, I knew it was definitely wrong.



Having to leave work to fix their mistake was the worst part, but I wanted my drink.

Once as I went up to the store, the guy there said the girl who came up there didn't specify that it was a Vanilla BEAN Frappiccuno. He had an attitude about having to re-make it and made me feel bad for not having the right drink. He asked if it was supposed to be white and I told him yes and he corrected me saying yeah it was supposed to be a Vanilla Bean Frappuccion. I waited in line for 5 minutes, making me be out of work for 15 minutes. It was inconvenient & he was rude about messing up my order. I didn't feel like they were sorry for getting it wrong and I was mad because I had to come back up there in the first place.



I don't recommend this store, but unfortunately it's the only Starbucks in Mint Hill.
