Monarch Florist

I've used scores of florists in the past and mostly been disappointed. I decided, after looking at the reviews for this shop, to use Monarch Florist. I was ordering a centerpiece for a very important party we would be attending. After ordering on-line, I was called to say a particular flower was not available, but they could substitute another they thought I would like better. I trusted them to create a beautiful arrangement, and I was not disappointed. The hostess, and guests, were blown away at how gorgeous this arrangement was. It lookes spectacular on the table. My husband and I were likewise impressed. It looked even better than the picture, and we were proud to have ordered it. We even liked the substitute flowers much better than the ones in the picture, and the arrangement looked more expensive than it was. I will be ordering all my flowers from this shop and am recommending them to friends and family. If you want ordinary, buy the two dozen roses at CostCo for $9.99; if you want something special and custom, order from Monarch Florist.

Purchasing flowers for a funeral is difficult enough, but doing it from a distance is even more difficult. We looked through Monach's website and found a beautiful birchwood cross with flowers but asked Jan to customize the flowers for us. We asked for a tropical type arrangment with dendrobium orchids and tropical greenery, and Jan added her own personal touch to create an arrangement that exceeded our expectations! We also asked Jan to email a picture of the arrangment to us, which she graciously did, in a very timely fashion, so that we knew what our arrangment looked like in our absence. I wish I could add a picture of the arrangement to this review so that you could truly appreciate the beautiful floral design. Thank you Jan and Monarch Florist for allowing us to provide our input to the design and for your amazing artistic contribution. The design was perfect for a celebration of life!

My stepuncle died on Dec 23. The following day I sent flowers to my aunt who lives in Mission Viejo. Being that it was the day before Xmas I was concerned whether I could order the flowers and get them delivered timely. I called Monarch Florist early in the morning and they assured me that the flowers would be delivered no later than that same afternoon.

Well they were. My aunt called and was absolutely overwhelmed by their beauty! I could just tell we made her day during that very somber time for her.

I live in Southeast Florida so I had no control over this but was completely assured by her response that everything went smoothly. Most of my family resides in Mission Viejo or nearby and I will be definitely using Monarch Florist again.

My wife was visiting our daughter in MV and during that time she had a birthday. I knew I did not want some 800 number who would then shop out my request. I went right to the source..MONARCH FLORIST and I can tell you the product delivered to my wife was beyond anything we had every seen. FRESH, DELIVERED WHEN REQUESTED, STYLISH DESIGN and very reasonable. My wife will still be in MV for Valentines day and I look forward to again working with MONARCH FLORIST.

I was the recepient of a "thank you" bouquet and the presentation and flower selection was so unique as was the vase. Not just the plain glass vase you get with every other arrangement but a painted pottery type. I then had to send "sympathy" flowers just a few days later so I went to their website, www.monarchflorist.net, and was impressed at all the choices, especially the "Designer Choices" tab. If one knows flowers, that choice allows you to hand-pick the flowers you want. It was easy to order right off the website; however I did call since I was in the same town and wanted more information about this unique florist. It would be very quick and easy just to order from the website and you can even add a balloon to your order. I recommend this florist to anyone who wants something unique.

A family member recently had cancer surgery which led me to search for a florist in OC since I am new to this area. My lucky day, I found Jan at Monarch and she proved there are still some caring people out there. She went out of her way to create a beautiful flower arrangement and deliver it to the hospital herself. No amount of words or praise can match the smile these flowers and this special owner created that afternoon. I thank you again Jan.

We had a small family gathering at a restaurant in RSM last night to celebrate my wife's birthday, and I wanted to have a beautiful flower arrangement on the table when we arrived. Luckily, I found Monarch Florist via an internet search.



Jan, the owner of Monarch, was extremely friendly and helpful when taking my order by phone, and the arrangement she created was spectacular - way above and beyond what I expected for the price I paid. The flowers were on the table when we arrived and my wife was delighted. And several other customers and restaurant staff members came by and commented on how beautiful the flowers were.



Outstanding product, outstanding value, and outstanding customer service is a great recipe for customer loyalty. I will absolutely give Monarch my business in the future and will encourage others to do the same.

I have not only received flowers as a gift, I have purchased arrangements from Monarch Florist. The owners are eager to please and each and every arrangement is exciting, beautiful and creative. The flowers are always fresh and an arranvement will last a minimum of 1 1/2 weeks. These people are very creative and use such a nice variety of fresh, beautiful flowers. It is a delight to work with Monarch Florist and always exciting to see the beautiful creations that they present.

This company gets it right every time. It is nice to deal with a company who cares and that are total professionals/artists in their field. They love to be challenged and they come thru every time. They have made over 8 arangements for me throughout the years and each one is different and better than the previous. In this world of automatic layout and design they are originals and one of a kind. Every order is a great experience.
