        Non-Existent Customer Service

        Dropped my car off to be serviced for an oil and filter change around 7 am. Called the service department later to discover that they've closed for the day. It is now 7 pm! No phone call or anything to notify me! Now I have to find a ride home! Wish they had a lower rating than a one star...... like a middle finger.
