Tom Hogan is an exceptional attorney/CPA with a keen understanding of financial matters. I never expected to find an attorney as competent, caring and driven as Mr. Hogan. As soon as Tom took my case (after two other attorneys failed), he plowed through reams of financial and legal documents honing in on the critical pieces. Tom is a great listener and learner, with a fighter's spirit. I will be forever grateful to him. He is extremely smart, knowledgable, hard working, efficient, experienced, committed, ethical, and humble, too. My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner.

Thomas hogan is a good lawyer. Not the best communicator via phone but gets the job done efficiently.

Toma's Hogan was court appointed to me on a child custody case .I met with him at his office and he pressure me into giving up my parental rights and only visitation, .I didn't want to do that but he made me feel very uncomfortable and he intimidated for I had never went to court before and did not know my rights,when I went to court I took my friend with me cause I was scared .and in wanted a different lawyer ,I didn't get one I met up with him again at his office and I took a friend when we went in his office she told him the reason she was there causevhe made me feel uncomfortable. He got irate and told us to get out while he started to chase us out his office I told him he was being aggressive. And he said yes I am cause I'm not use to working with scunmbags like you and almost push me out the office he didn't even give my friend a chance to talk.

Before stepping into Mr. Hogan's office, do yourself a favor and look around for another attorney. Mr. Hogan might have been a good attorney at one time, but it was very obvious to me that his time has passed. He is old and very close to retirement. He never returned my phone calls on simple follow-up questions that were vital regarding my case. He also has false advertisement. It is no longer the "Offices of Thomas Hogan Law Offices." The majority of the time, Mr. Hogan passed the buck over to his younger attorneys who are fresh out of college. He will not be doing your work. And, when asked what the status was on my case, he simply didn't know. I was so disappointed on hiring this attorney. Consider yourself warned. You don't want a bad attorney when it comes to serious legal matters...especially when it comes to bankruptcy or foreclosures. This is an attorney who is not good for that at all. Sadly, I found out the hard way.

Looking for the right Atty to help you & guide you through your hardship is really hard to find, especially on filling a Bunkrupcy. When Me & my husband met Atty. Thomas Hogan, we we're praying & hoping that this Men would be able to help us carry our burden.
