        refund

        we made reservation for the Toyo Tires National (8/14-8/17) we sent our deposit for one night ($40.00) In July we had to cancel, well within the two weeks. We never received our refund, so I kept emailing. You very nice employee Cindy refunded our deposit out of her own pocket. She refunded the full $40.00. I feel you owe her $40.00. and you need to get a better bookkeeper.
