Weekly service was great. Pool was always clean and blue. If there was an issue Dominick came out and fixed the problem. 5 Star

I did not have the experience as stated in previous reviews. Although I didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling when I first walked in but then again I wasn't looking for that. What I did receive was immediate solution to the problems will stabalizing my pool. They knew exactly what to do and in 2 days cleared up my pool!!! I was so happy, especially since I had been using a different company in fairfield that kept insisting I purchase more chemicals while the entire time I was being rip off into purchasing more and more unnecessary chemicals! So they may not greet me with hugs and kisses but they knew exactly how to clear my pool and thats what I came in for...so thank you as I may have been stuck still being rip off and not able to swim in my pool!!!

This place is horrible. From the rude person answering the phone to the scant staff the pervasive attitude was zero customer service in fact they behaved as if they wanted the customer to leave!



From what I ascertain it is a new family owned business - I predict its imminent failure - it's a shock that they have managed to pay their rent for the short duration they've been open. Rude untrained unprofessional and unreliable .

They never show up on time, never answer their phone, are rude, break things when they come to your house, and you can never plan on when they will come back to finish the job.



Go somewhere else.
