Beam Heating & Air Cond

I recently had Beam install a new furnace and air conditioner. I have absolutely no complaints. I had many friends and family members suggest them. I read the negative review but still had them give me an estimate. Their price was considerably better. All their employees were very respectful and professional. They walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. All I can say is the other review must have had different installers than I did. I will recommend Beam! everyone! everyone!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They did some work for us and when we asked for details on the work done, questions, and a detailed invoice, the MAN BECAME ANGRY, DEFENSIVE, OBSENE AND THREATENING. The conversation ended with me telling him to not come back to my house and if he did i was going to call the cops. He yelled go ahead and call the cops because i'm on my way!! How scary is that? A mother at home alone with her children! We work hard for our money, as do most, and have every right to ask questions about work being done at our house. He was rude, mean, unprofessional, threatening and scary...and if you were considering them, please reconsider!! SHOP AROUND!! :) Good luck!
