Chipotle Mexican Grill

we call ahead for our orders and always have it done right. We work accross the street at the hospital and our orders are always big. They make it easy to order online and are done right. Thank you!

We are loyal Chipotle fans and waited a long time for this one to open in our area, but it has been very disappointing. Extremely long lines and wait times to get served. The counter staff is slow and disorganized. They appear to give all their attention to filling take-out orders while ignoring those in line. Average wait times for service are easily 20 to 30 minutes at any time of day. We have been there 5 or 6 times already but only made it to the counter once (gave up on the other occasions after getting tired of waiting).

This is a new restaurant and the first time I have ever gone to this kind of restaurant. In my opinion, food was dry, overcooked, and for the price was not worth it. A taco bowl of chicken and a steak burrito is not worth $26. We had a wheelchair with us and no where can you put a handicapped person - all stools permanently planted in cement - why have handicapped parking outside? WON'T GO BACK! Had to give a star rating just to make this survey work - but they should not have gotten that.

So when I walked in there was a large line, I am used to the length of the lines at chipotles and expected to go fast like the others. It didn't. It took way to long to help the ten other people in front of me. Once it was my turn, finally, I ordered and he messed it up and spilled it on the floor. After they made a second one, the tinfoil isn't big enough and my quesadilla is touching the counter so I picked it up and put it in a container of them. The chicken was all dry and burn to a hard crisp which made it less than satisfying. While eating they apparently ran out of chicken and let people who ddidnt want chicken go in front of all the people who have been waiting for way to long for lunch on a Sunday. Come on Chipotle I know you can do better.
