Albert is a great guy to deal with and Westcoast Auto is the place to go for your next auto purchase. As soon as I drove up I was greeted and was given the treatment as if I were like one of their own. Albert got me into the SUV I've wanted for a few years now and he made things happen the same day. He was very knowledgeable over the SUV I was interested and made the process easy as 1... 2... 3. I regret not coming here before since I'm an avid car collector one would say. They have top quality cars and I couldn't leave without peeking at their entire inventory. In all honesty this has been the best dealer I've visited where I didn't feel like I was getting screwed. I know I'll be back again and it's going to be one long car relationship.

I was looking to find my first vehicle and I wanted a truck. With my first experience with another dealership, this experience was way better and nicer. I found one on autotrader and it led me to this place. First off, this place is super nice. They had very nice assistance and their inventory is really nice. They a lot of nice cars, trucks and suvs with extras. They do a very nice job with their customs. Rick helped me out and was the best salesman for this experience. He let us checkout everything before we test drove the vehicle, showed us the car fax, and just a great salesman. After the test drive, I knew I wanted this vehicle. Rick was able to set up the numbers with a quickness and made sure I got the best warranty with no pressure. Their manager, Sam, is a great guy. He made sure everything was okay and that I was satisfied. Very nice man. I high recommend this place and I would, no doubt, purchase a vehicle from here again.

We went to another well known Lexus dealer close by this company and drove a similar car there and the salesperson was nowhere as knowledgeable about the resale vehicles as Vanessa. I cannot say enough good things about her ability to provide an experience in car buying that 99% of the time you will never experience. We have always dreaded car buying. As a matter of fact there are several times I made my husband go by himself because I hated the experience so much. Now we know where to go to get the car we are looking for at the price that is fair and honest with no pressure all the while providing YOU THE CUSTOMER with the best buying experience possible.



Sam helped us finish up the transaction and again we were very pleased with the integrity and honesty of this company through the personal way that Sam dealt with our purchase. I say it is a company and not just a place to buy a car because this is one Auto Sales company that is unlike any dealership we have ever dealt with in Southern California. My girlfriend and I had been searching high and low to find the car she had been looking for.



She searched all over the internet and finally saw her desired vehicle at this location. I was a bit skeptical due to it being a small, independent lot; however, my thought process was soon changed once we arrived. We were assisted by Argenis, their internet sales specialist who was unbelievably courteous and helpful.



The whole experience was phenomenal, Argenis really knows his stuff when it comes to sales and really knows how to treat a customer. Amazing experience at this location, will most likely return in the future for a high end model.

This review is about a month overdue. I have been meaning to write about my experience at Westcoast, but work has kept me busy. Anyway, I am compelled to write a positive review for this dealership because of the excellent customer service and great deal I received for my 2009 Lexus IS 250. I had done extensive research on the car, and prices I could find elsewhere, however Westcoast had the exact car I wanted, with a perfect carfax, listed at a reasonable price. They had a wonderful selection, and I actually found myself perusing other possibilities on the lot because they take a great deal of pride in the condition of the cars they sell.

My salesperson was Albert and he was super nice. Not the typical used car salesman everyone worries about meeting when they intend to buy. From the first chat on the phone he was considerate, respectful, knowledgable, and friendly. He was not annoyed when I set my offer on the table. He respected my research, did some additional research on his own, and helped me to get a great deal. I got the within the price range I sought after and his friendliness continued until well after I signed on the dotted line.

In addition, I had forgotten my checkbook at home and while I waited for it to be brought to me at the dealership, Sam, the general manager, actually brought me into the kitchen and fed me dinner. I was astonished at the service I was getting and I actually felt right at home. I am telling you, these people are so easy to deal with and your business will feel appreciated. Sam even gave me a tour of their awesome on sight service department where they specialize in luxury cars. The service department offers great prices and I got to meet Ken, the service manager, who was also very kind and offered up some great car tips.

All in all, I have to say, I am VERY pleased with my purchase at Westcoast. I am in love with my car and I get compliments on it daily. You will not be disappointed with how you are treated and will probably find your dream car at a great price. I am confident in recommending this dealership to other Yelpers and will definitely return to Westcoast when we plan to buy our next car.
