        Wait times are long. Staff members are rude when you ask them why it is taking so long. What is the point of making an appointment if the wait time is double or triple the actual appointment? And that’s just the start of the problems. Once you’re in the meeting with the providers is quick. They don’t take the time to answer your questions since there are so many people still waiting. They need to fix this problem
