Total disaster and scam artists. Never show up, lie on reports, don't do the work they claim. 2 months after they "cleared" the property for sale, it was filled with termites. Can't get ahold of them most of the time, and when you do they offer excuse after excuse. Oh, and THEIR LICENSE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED by the state of CA but they continue to do business. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company offers "competitive rates" to get the job but is completely UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPOTENT.



a 12 year old girl with the mouth of a gang prison inmate served as the receptionist.

I overheard customers referred to as "f*ggot ***es" and "b***hes".

When I asked if they knew what they were doing both front desk associates said "No".

I was left waiting for hours before being serviced.

EVERYTHING was unprofessional and extremely sketchy.
