New Korean Shaved Ice business in Monterey Park! This place just opened its door 2 weeks ago. I've been to this place two days in a row!

My favorite milk falling snow is the Red Bean Milk Falling Snow (basically Injeolmi Falling Snow + red bean for extra sweetness). The Injeolmi powder is the mix of beans and seeds- healthy and yummy topping for shaved snow. The texture of the falling snow is very light; it melts right away when you eat it. If you have a sweet tooth, try the Oreo Cookie Falling Snow.

Another favorite item from this place is the Yuzu toast with warm, chewy mochi in the middle, and topped with honey, yuzu jam, roasted almond and Injeolmi powder. I love the varieties of textures and tastes for this dessert.

The Green Tea Latte was quite descent here; they used the premier matcha powder. However, you might need to add sweetener to it since the one I got last time tasted like unsweetened.
