Pecan Hill Farms Florist & Gifts

Arrangement was less than half the size of the one in the picture on their website, decorative details were not copied correctly, and when I calmly called about the issue no apology was made and salesperson was rude. Would not use again.

I had my wedding at the Bells of Montgomery, Pecan Hill Florist is the florist who did my flowers. I of course was on a budget but wanted a wedding to remember. Emily worked with me to make sure that I got what I wanted but still be in budget. On the wedding day I didn't have to worry about them delivering the flowers on time or that the flowers would get to who they were suppose to go. Working with Pecan Hill Florist was an amazing experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

They were supposed to call before they delivered the flowers. They didn't. The deliver person left the flowers outside the gate, in the heat of the day and they were wilted by the time she got home. The owner said they normally don't do that but refused to replace the damaged flowers.
