I am always happy to find and review a great company! They are very knowledgable, and do outstanding work. They are very careful to keep their worspace clean. They are also professional in their appearance, and you are not worried to have rhem in your home! They are also very nice! Can't really beat that! Top notch!

Our heater stopped working overnight on a day when it was 22 degrees outside. We have a 4 week old baby and were nervous about the temperature dropping too much in the house. We called another heat and air company and they said they couldn't get to us until the next day. We called Brad's heat and air just before 8 am and they made us a top priority because of our newborn. They had the problem resolved and heat back on by 9 am. I was very impressed by the timeliness and professionalism they showed. If we ever have another problem with our heat and air, we will be sure to call them.

Brad came out the day before memorial day weekend to give me a quote on a new a/c and furnace. He came out when he was supposed to, looked at my house and the unit and duct work, and said he had seen everything he needed to see, that he would call me Tuesday (after memorial day) with a quote. At 5:00 on Tuesday, I hadn't heard from him. I called a local competitor who came out that same evening (well after 5 pm) and I had a written estimate in my hand that same night. When we decided to accept the bid, the competitor came out the next day and had the job finished in six hours, and he didn't have to widen the closet our furnace was in, either, which Brad told us he would have to do. So I wanted Brad, and everyone who reads this to know that his local competitor got our business and was paid in cash the same day, because we weren't important enough to call back. Very unprofessional, especially for someone who has been in business as long as he says he has. And his local competition has my business for life.

We have lived in Moore for almost 20 years and this is the first time i have called upon Brad's. Brad's will be the only HVAC company I will be calling while we live here. Very responsive, polite, honest and there is no BS in the cost or work. I know they put in a lot of long and (sometimes) thankless hours in enduring weather. A BIG thank you to Brad and his family. You proudly call this a family business and it shows. :)

I have been a customer of Brad's for several years now. Customer service has been excellent and very responsive. Brad recently installed a new HVAC system for me and they were very professional and courteous. Explained the whole process as they worked and totally cleaned up all debris. A nice family owned business with excellent customer service.

A CUSTOMER DOES NOT KNOW THE ANSWERS. WE PAY FOR A PROFESSIONAL TO TELL US WHAT IS WRONG!
Started out everything the reviews said. However, I heard from my tenants the situation was dangerous. Brad didn't say that to me. When I talked to hiim he said I should have inferred that it was dangerous (pontentially) from him saying, "I'm not comfortable saying it's going to make the season." I told him I didn't know anything about the systems so I didn't know that's what that meant. He said it was my fault for not asking..?!? He said he wouldn't threaten or scare anyone to make a sale, but he ended the conversation saying he was going to refund my money, have it turned off, and have someone come out to condemn it, so he wasn't involved and I would have to do something. It either shouldn't have been turned on, which he says it is a fine temporary fix, or it shouldn't be turned off, which he has decided to try and do. My tenants said they had another company come in and they said it was fine.
He got the city permit inspector involved, so I guess we'll see what happens now. But realize this, if the permit inspector shuts it down, how safe do you feel knowing he was going to allow it to be on before I got upset? And if it is not shut down, how much business do you want to do with a company that acts like that?

Cannot recommend Brad's. My experience this week has cost me $400 and my problem not fixed. Brad told me today he accepts he cannot make all his customers happy. I ask for no labor charge on continued work after $400 with no fix. He said no and offered no other solutions but full charges going forward.
I said he wouldn't be happy if someone charged him $400 to repair his autos air conditioning, with no results and then wanted more money. He said he would be fine with that. He said recently he was charged $1200 for what should have been a $90 repair and that was ok. To me that is a not honest or not smart.

I have used Brads Heat and Air for 15 years and the service has always been fantastic. I would recommend his company for any heat and air work. His entire staff gets an A+. Thanks Brad

Brad's H&A did a fantastic job in replacing my gas fired furnace. Brad himself came out to the house and carefully explained the procedures on replacing my unit. I was impressed on how genuine and honest he was with me. He explained that the air conditioning unit that I had, did not need to be replaced and had quite a few years left on it. He could of told me that I needed one of those too but instead gave me his honest opinion. I respect his honesty. He went back to his office and called me back within the hour with an estimate. Brad showed up back at the house to explain to his employees what we had discussed. Jim and Brian went to work on installing the unit. They did a fantastic job!! Any questions I had were earnestly answered. I would recommend Brad's for any of your Heating or Air Conditioning needs.

I have used Brad's heat and air for the past two years. He is very honest and knowledgable. This summer my unit had an intermittent problem which caused the diagnoses to be troublesome, however, Brad was able to find and solve the issue. He went above and beyond by calling and checking in with me to ensure the issue was fixed properly due to the intermittent problem. As a result he was able to diagnose and fix my unit.
