Paul Methvin is an amazing man full of integrity, values and compassion for his fellow man. It is evident in everything he does, from building homes, selling to just having a conversation with him. I am thankful and blessed to know him and his wife. I highly recommend this family owned and family oriented business!

Does bad work under a LLC then closes company. Check out the quality of his work (done under the name North Fork Development) by looking at another street he develped (the road itself, not the houses). Fendrych Dr is 1/4 mile west of SE 89th and Sooner on the south. I believe Methvin Enterprises is his latest round which I think is also closed now.
